I met a recruiter at my school career fair. She reached out to me a few weeks later saying that an internship was open for a position that she believed I would enjoy. I filled out the online application and was then called in for an in-person interview. I volunteered in a "speed-dating" style with my director manager, her manager, and another manager in the group. Each of the individual 1-on-1's were about 30 minutes each. When leaving, I was told I would be notified in a few days and I heard back from my recruiter in about two days time. It was a very quick, painless process for me.

I met the Recruiter at my school career fair. Then, the recruiter emailed me to set up an initial phone screening with the hiring manager. They were very professional in setting up the date and time. The phone screening went really well. I heard back from the recruiter that I was selected for the final round of in-person interviews, and they asked for my availability. They have a really detailed process. I sent my availability but didn't hear back for a few days. Upon following up again, I learned that they had put the in-person interviews on hold. Very strange!

It was a "speed interview." Multiple people were interviewed at the same time, while interviewing with several different Monster managers. We had a nice tour before hand as well, and given a bag of swag at the end.
