It was a straightforward process, and the people were nice, but they tell you what you want to hear before rejecting you. They basically told me they would offer me the job and to wait for next steps because they liked my profile, but then said that an internal candidate got the position instead. Honesty and transparency are important. I think I dodged a bullet with a company that's failing.

Applied on their website and the recruiter contacted me a week later. The call lasted 1 hour and was very intense, with the recruiter scrutinizing every detail on my CV, asking for explanations. It felt like I had to justify my previous experiences and my choices. The recruiter did provide good info about the job and company, though, and was very professional. Two days later, I met the sales manager and team leader on site. This was also very intense, with questions about my past experience and reasons for leaving previous companies. To gauge my reaction, the manager said "I know some people there, I'm gonna give a call." I responded, "Yes, if you want, let me give you the contacts." The dynamic felt less like an interview and more like a proving ground. They seemed to be looking for a specific candidate profile, and I wasn't it. This was evident when the team leader abruptly said goodbye, signaling a 'no.' It was so rude that I was glad I had other options. Three weeks later, the recruiter informed me they appreciated meeting me but were seeking someone with more hunting experience. My advice: prepare thoroughly, research the company well, and remember you'll be facing professional recruiters.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process includes 3 rounds: a Manager round, an HR round, and a Face2Face with the BU head. It's a simple process that wraps up within 2 hours. This interview is easy if you have sales telecalling outbound experience. In the interview, HR asks general questions. The main thing is if you can work with a low salary then go for it, otherwise, don't waste your time. The job is titled Account Manager but it's completely sales-focused, not about accounts. We have to sell resume writing services and do job postings. We need to make 50 to 60 outbound calls to clients. Work pressure is high and there are targets. HR negotiates salary a lot and keeps pushing by saying they have strong incentive plans. They offer a proper hike, but they are hiring as cheaply as possible and there's no cab facility.
