Behavioral Presentation

It's a three-stage process. After a screening call, you'll interview with the team. If you get through that, you'll do a presentation for your future colleagues. The last part is a presentation where you'll create a project plan for a fictional client, like a real work project.

The interview was very pleasant. Initially, they asked about my current job, my aspirations, and more. We then had a chat in English about trivial things to test conversation skills. I found it odd that they asked about my salary in my current job, and from that point on, the perspective changed quite a bit. The interview was going very positively, and I felt that it was noticeable at that moment that they were not going to hire me. At that time, I lived in the interior and despite having seniority, I had a fairly low salary compared to the salaries in CABA.
