Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Monks.
Producer
- Can you tell me about your specific experience in one of the roles listed on your CV?
Producer
The vacancy was very well described on their LinkedIn page, which is why there were no surprises when discussing the attitudes and needs of the position. The HR department was very clear and very friendly from the beginning. The information about salary, benefits, and everything related to company information was totally transparent.
- Could you describe the types of workflows you usually engage with or are most comfortable using?
- What is your typical level of interaction with accounts, vendors, or other relevant parties for this role?
Producer
The process started with a recruiter screening, followed by discussions with the hiring manager and the team. It was a standard process and well-timed. They asked practical questions related to the job and some situational ones, reviewed my past work and experiences, and asked about my future aspirations. We also discussed collaborations and examples of my work. It felt like a two-way conversation, and they were attentive to my questions.
- How do you handle workplace conflicts?
