Customer Service Representative
I applied online, had a phone screening with a recruiter, and then got an assessment. The recruiter call was fine, but the rest of the experience was bad. The assessment was really long, took a lot of time, and was confusing. They said I didn't need to know the product well, but the assessment required a lot of product knowledge. It was frustrating. The assignment had a ten-part exercise with mock customer scenarios, and one part needed a video. I also had to build a Monday.com board with specific things and make a five-minute video explaining it. I only had 24 hours for all of it. It seemed like they wanted people who already knew Monday.com really well. It would be super hard to do a good job on the board and everything else in 24 hours without experience, especially with the videos and no help. And it was all unpaid. After I sent it in, I got rejected a few hours later. I saw the job posted again later, which makes me wonder. They did respond fast, though. But because it was so much work, unpaid, and not what they said it would be, I wouldn't recommend interviewing there.

Customer Support Representative
It was a pretty long process. The technical manager interview was two and a half hours long. I didn't get the job, but the HR team was fast and pleasant. I don't know what it's like as a workplace, but it seemed like a fair place that respects people.
- What would you say to a customer who wants to cancel their subscription and get a refund?
Customer Experience Specialist
The interview process started with a recruiter call, followed by two more rounds with different team members. Then, there was a take-home test assessing software abilities, PowerPoint, and data analysis skills. I was then invited to a final round, after which I received a generic email stating I wasn't selected. While the process was appreciated, candidates, especially those reaching the final round, deserve a personalized rejection email. Upon inquiry, the recruiter explained it was due to insufficient experience in ticketing and software usage. The entire process can take a little over a month, and you should expect behavioral questions.
- Could you describe your preferred management style?
- Can you elaborate on your project management skills?
- What are your strengths in customer service?
