Incredible interview process. Extremely transparent and responsive. Knew within an hour or so after the interview whether or not I got next steps. About 5 interviews total with hiring managers, VP, and final HR interview. There's also a take home assignment that is fun to complete and allows you to understand what your day to day might look like in the role.

It started with a friendly HR screen call, followed by a 30-minute call with the hiring manager and a home assignment that mimics the actual job. Then, there were two one-hour calls with the VPs, focusing on my vision for the role and team fit, and finally, a one-hour HR call. After that, an offer was extended. The whole thing was really smooth and had great vibes! Monday.com truly values culture and people, and it definitely shows!

I had a first round with the recruiter, then a round with the hiring manager. The recruiter asked some really good questions, more than usual for a recruiter. The hiring manager asked a lot of general culture-fit questions that I wasn't expecting.
