I was interested in this job because it was a step up in my career within property management. Since I was applying from out of state, the company was flexible with my phone interview times and sensitive to the fact that I was still employed. They scheduled interviews at times I wasn't in the office, which was great with Skype. After several phone interviews, a teach-back session, and a Skype interview, I was offered the position. I felt confident accepting because they addressed all my concerns about relocating. Thanks, Monarch, for conducting the interviews well and being accommodating.

After submitting my resume online, I received a phone call to set up an interview. I then had a face-to-face meeting with the Regional and Assisted Regional Manager. When I arrived a little early, they greeted me right away and had me fill out an application. They were both very professional and friendly, making me feel comfortable from the start. I had done a lot of research on the company and was really excited for the interview opportunity. The interview went on for over an hour because I have a good amount of experience, and we were able to talk about many of the common challenges faced in the industry.

I had two phone calls with a recruiter and then an in person interview with the management team at the office I would work at. The people there were nice and friendly, but they took a long time to get back to me about whether I got the job.
