I had a great interview experience with Rez. They were professional, friendly, and made the conversation feel comfortable and engaging. I applied for the Solar Consultant role on Indeed and Joanna Carpenter, the recruiter, contacted me the next day. We had a great conversation where she learned about my background and career goals. She explained Momentum's mission, culture, and the specifics of the role. I was pleased with our chat and felt good about continuing. After I got the offer, Jo called to congratulate me. She then arranged an in-person interview with David DiChiara, the Sales Manager for the Warwick, RI office. We clicked immediately, and he highlighted the team culture and the significant opportunity available. I discussed my sales background and the value I could contribute. I left feeling very optimistic and eager to join Momentum.
