The whole experience was pretty disappointing, honestly. The process just felt all over the place and unclear, like the teams weren't really on the same page. What they said they were looking for seemed a bit out of touch with what the job actually entailed. Sometimes it felt like they were just going through the motions to check boxes, rather than actually trying to get to know me or figure out how I could help the company. I was hoping for a more professional and respectful interaction, but instead, it felt like my time and skills weren't really valued. Hope this feedback helps make things better for future candidates.

Applied through the job portal and got a prompt response. The interview process had 3 rounds. The first was a 1-hour technical interview where the interviewer was supportive and understood my thought process. They asked basic questions about Java, collections, and threading, along with a string manipulation problem. It was pretty straightforward if you know the basics and are confident. The second was a 1-hour managerial interview, mainly discussing my background, past experiences, career goals, and strengths/weaknesses. The third was a half-hour client interview with basic technical questions on technologies from my resume. I got feedback the day after each interview. The whole process, including the offer, took about 2 weeks.

My interview experience at Momentive Software was not good. I got through two technical rounds, which were about an hour long each. But then, in the third round with the US panel, the interviewer asked some surprising questions and finished the interview in only 15 minutes. It felt really rushed and not professional at all. I felt like my time and effort were wasted. It was a very discouraging experience. A complete waste of time.

  • Can you explain basic Object-Oriented Programming concepts?
  • Tell me about SQL queries, specifically joins and their types.
