District Manager
The interview process was quite long and the communication wasn't very clear. It was conducted over Skype and involved two interviews: one with the Regional Director (RD) and another with the Vice President (VP). I was able to see the RD during my interview, but for the interview with the VP, I couldn't see her.
- Can you tell me about a time you achieved your District Goals?
District Manager
It was a long and complicated process. Had to get a background check, verify my education, and confirm my employment history. Then there were medical screenings, drug tests, and various immunizations required. I wasn't paid during any of this.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
District Manager
First, I had two phone interviews. After that, I met with the regional manager and VP for an interview and some testing. They offered me the job a week after.
- Are you able to travel weekly?
