First there was an HR call to schedule the interview. Then, senior engineers from the relevant departments conducted a technical interview that lasted about an hour. Most of the interview focused on the resume I submitted for the role.

The interview process was coordinated by an external recruiting agency. It started with two screening calls with recruiters. They asked about my past work experience and my knowledge in specific areas before they scheduled me for an interview with the hiring manager. The interview with the hiring manager took place over MS Teams. If I had moved forward, a second panel interview would have followed. The recruiters and the hiring manager were all really professional and nice to interact with. I had a good conversation with the hiring manager, but I didn't have some of the particular skills they were looking for at that moment.

I applied online and got a call the very next day to set up a phone interview for a few days later. They asked me a bunch of questions about my resume, and then a few other things before I got to ask my own questions. They were really nice about it. I'm waiting to hear back about the next phone screening, and if that goes well, I'll get to interview in person. I should know something this week or next. The whole phone call took about 30 minutes.
