Test Engineer
The interview process was pretty straightforward, but the hiring manager seemed to take issue when I mentioned I was still exploring other opportunities and had future interviews scheduled. I personally think it's pretty standard to be upfront about that, especially when they inquire about how quickly you'd like a decision. However, when my third-party recruiter followed up, they said it came across as condescending or perhaps overly confident. It was a bit strange, honestly. This was the first and only time I've ever gotten negative feedback for saying something like that.

Validation Engineer
The Molex Interview process is very good because they assess if the individual fits in the current role and how well the Individual can contribute. The process started with a call with HR/Recruiter, followed by a One Hour Interview with Hiring Manager. After that, there was a 3 hours Situations based Interview process with cross-functional Team.

Test Engineer
First, you need to have a resume that fits and apply online or on other websites. Then, there's a phone interview with HR, followed by waiting a couple months. After that, a phone interview with the hiring manager, then a face-to-face interview with them. Lastly, a background check and drug screening. The whole thing took a long time, but you gotta be patient if you want to work for a good company.
