The interview process started with a written test. This was followed by two technical rounds and then an HR Round. The written test included drawing-related questions like symbols for 1st and 3rd angle projections and orthogonal projection. It also had mechanical questions covering Engineering Mechanics, GD&T, Metrology, and permutation and combinations. The technical rounds featured questions on topics such as the proof of stress, the distinction between hardness and toughness, and the stress-strain diagram for both metals and plastics.

I applied via a staffing agency and the interview was done virtually. I passed the first round which was technical. The second round was also technical, and it was a panel round, thankfully it was easy. It's been a month since the second round, and neither the agency nor the company HR are responding. I thought I'd surely get selected but I'm disappointed that they haven't selected or rejected me, or even told me anything about the hiring process status.

I applied online and got shortlisted for a technical interview. They focused a lot on my resume, so be ready to talk about everything on there (projects, tools, skills, internships, etc.). The questions were mainly about mechanical basics like strength of materials, manufacturing, thermal/fluid concepts, and general mechanical stuff. It was a pretty direct technical interview, with a big emphasis on talking about what's on your resume.
