I had an onsite interview with 3 people who would be my managers. After that, I talked to HR, and they took about two weeks to get back to me. It was around a holiday, which caused the delay.

Got a call from the recruit department, they were super friendly and arranged the video interview quickly. Interestingly, neither the hiring manager nor the HR person turned on their video. The hiring manager seemed to not know much about basic software, the job scope, or how to give useful info when I asked. The HR person from the interview team was really unprofessional, kept asking random questions not related to the job or my background. Honestly, it was the worst experience ever, I can't believe this is how an MNC company operates. Total waste of my time.
