I had my phone interview, the recruiter was about 20 minutes late and dropped off a couple of times to help someone else who was applying. They talked about the company and the position and mentioned they wanted about 5 or 6 interviews before making a decision. I sent a follow-up email afterwards but then they ghosted me.

Behavioral Technical

It's a typical, multilevel interview process. It starts with a phone interview, then an in-person interview locally, followed by an in-person interview at headquarters. After that, HR will provide the job offer and details, and then await your response. The managers were previously FSEs. It was a nice surprise to interview with the Engineering department, but that Engineer is no longer with the company. (You should read the corporate reviews to try and figure out why he left). The company's focus is on the bottom line, so make sure to emphasize the dollars you can deliver over the customers you can satisfy.

Technical Behavioral

It was a pretty long interview process with several rounds. I had to talk to senior engineers and some of the higher-ups. They asked a bunch of technical questions and also some about customer service to see what I knew. Overall, it wasn't too bad, just took a while.
