The interview started with a virtual chat with the manager, followed by an in-person interview. After that, I sent a follow-up email to the hiring manager and recruiter, but then got ghosted by both. No rejection email or anything.

Behavioral Technical

It's a typical, multilevel interview process. It starts with a phone interview, then an in-person interview locally, followed by an in-person interview at headquarters. After that, HR will provide the job offer and details, and then await your response. The managers were previously FSEs. It was a nice surprise to interview with the Engineering department, but that Engineer is no longer with the company. (You should read the corporate reviews to try and figure out why he left). The company's focus is on the bottom line, so make sure to emphasize the dollars you can deliver over the customers you can satisfy.
