I had one interview with the site manager. They were nice and greeted me at the door. They asked about my experience, why I want to work at Moe's, and my availability. It was quick and to the point.

I picked a date, then walked in. They asked about my shift availability, like mornings, nights, and weekends. I had to provide two forms of ID, and they ran a background check, which can take up to two weeks, but I got hired in a week.

I applied in person and talked to the manager. He mentioned he'd just hired two people but might consider me. About two weeks later, the same manager called me in for an interview. I arrived 15 minutes early, and he was still interviewing someone else. I waited patiently, and he was about 5 minutes late for our interview. It felt more like a conversation than a Q&A. He explained the training process and the store's operations. He said he wanted me on his team but needed 2-3 weeks for a decision because some staff hadn't confirmed their departure dates. He also sent my info to other nearby stores that were hiring.

I worked for two different Moe's locations. The first time, it was my very first job. I sent in at least three applications and then waited about a month before I got an interview. The interview was pretty casual. They asked about my personal life, school, and what I liked and disliked doing. The second time I applied to Moe's, I had already been working at the first place for a year. The interview process was basically nonexistent. They hired me right away and were really happy I applied.
