Customer Service Representative
So, the interview process was pretty standard, but the interviewer seemed really impressed with my skills. She mentioned that if they had enough spots in the training classes, they'd hire me right away. I was told I'd hear back by Monday at 2:00 PM, but I didn't get any news. I waited until after 4:30 and then sent an email. The reply I got was that they had reduced the number of available positions in training. I'm pretty bummed about not getting the job, but I don't think that's the whole story.
- What would be your course of action if you were unable to secure transportation for a client?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was super easy and didn't take long. The interviewer was nice and helpful. I didn't really like the job though. Training wasn't great and the trainer seemed annoyed when answering questions.
- Can you tell me about yourself and your experience in customer service?
- What relevant experience do you have for this role?
- How would you deal with a customer who is upset?
Customer Service Representative
The hiring person was a bit late for our phone chat, like 15 minutes. They asked me if I could type at least 35 words per minute and said I'd have to take a test to show that. The job was only paying $14/hour, which wasn't really what I was looking for, so I wasn't interested after that. Didn't give a great first impression.
- What is your typing speed?
