Then, there were several on-site technical rounds where they dug into my past experiences, the technologies I've used, and checked my foundational knowledge and coding skills. There was also a behavioral interview that focused on questions about Moderna principles.

I interviewed with a company that seemed to be taking advantage of the recent layoffs from big tech. They had me attend their office launch and an onsite event. Each interview was only 30 minutes long and had keyword-specific questions that were hard to erase from the board. The interviewer seemed very focused on not revealing the questions, which made me question their training for conducting interviews. They also downgraded my level, which I found insulting.
