Applied online and got an invite in three weeks for interviews scheduled over two days with the Hiring Manager in Switzerland, a Recruiter in Switzerland, and a Director stakeholder in the US, followed by another Director stakeholder in Switzerland. The interview was structured and clearly explained the role's scope. Moderna's environment felt modern and informal, more like a startup in pharma, unlike stressful case study interviews. I enjoyed talking with the three managers who detailed the role and its organizational fit. However, it took about 1.5 months for a final decision, which was a rejection. The US HR team offered a feedback call to discuss the interview, which showed Moderna's commitment to candidate experience and process improvement. I recommend Moderna as an employer and would reapply.

First, you need to apply online using workday. Then, there's a call with HR, followed by a call with the hiring manager. After that, you'll have several 45-minute one-on-one interviews with a "panel". Once all the interviews are done, they have a debrief session, and then they'll call you with the offer.
