You'll need to fill out this pretty detailed questionnaire, and then they'll look at your answers to see if you're a good fit.
- What makes you want to work as a financial advisor?
Financial Advisor
So far I've had two interviews. The first one was basically about getting to know me. The second interview was more of a Q&A session with a bunch of questions. An additional advisor joined this meeting to give me a clearer picture of what the daily tasks involve. I have one more interview scheduled for next week.
- Can you describe the most challenging situation you've encountered in your life and how you dealt with it?
Financial Advisor
So the first interview was kinda like a business professional vibe. They started with some Q&A stuff, then gave me a quick rundown of what the company is all about. After that, I had to take this personality test, it had like 150 questions and was all about how much you agree or disagree with statements, to see if I'd be good at sales.
- What drives you?
- Can you tell me about your sales skills?
