Behavioral

During one interview, I noticed the interviewer wasn't super engaged. Instead of getting down, I saw it as a chance to change things up. I stayed positive and professional, kept my answers short and relevant to the job. I also tried to get the interviewer more involved by asking good questions about the role and the company, which made it a more back-and-forth conversation. By highlighting how my experience fits the job needs and showing I'm excited about it, I hoped to grab the interviewer's attention and leave a good impression.

So first, you'll get an email from the recruiter to set up a time for a zoom interview. Then you'll chat with one of the recruiters for about 15 minutes. After that, they'll send you a follow-up email with a link to a personality questionnaire. You'll need to fill out this pretty detailed questionnaire, and then they'll look at your answers to see if you're a good fit.
