It was super easy. You'll chat with different folks on the team. The last part has a bunch of one-on-one interviews. Just get ready for typical sales questions. It's not that complicated. Make sure you come across as motivated and proactive.

This hiring process took about a week. Since I was interviewing elsewhere, the recruiting team wanted to move things along. I had around 6 interviews in total. Originally, I was up for a Partnerships role, but management felt I'd be a better fit as a Senior SDR. So, we added 2 more interviews to figure out which team I'd prefer. I agreed with them, and the SDR team seemed like the best option for me, aligning with my goals and personality. Honestly, as I told the recruiters, this was easily the most considerate, people-focused, and engaging interview experience I've ever had. They seemed genuinely interested in my aspirations, my life goals, my preferred management style, and so on. Big thanks to everyone involved for making it such a positive experience! For future candidates, and this might sound cheesy, just be yourself and try to relax. It's not a stressful, trick-filled, or robotic process at all. From what I gathered, it's a very human-centric approach focused on finding a mutual fit.

It was a pretty straightforward process with 3 rounds. First, a recruiter call, then a chat with the SDR manager, and finally, a panel interview. They were upfront about salary, job requirements, and had great communication. Overall, one of the better interview experiences I've had while looking for a new role.
