Client Success Manager
The interview process was well-laid out and open. I chatted with Alli, who's a great Business Recruiter. She explained the whole interview thing upfront and was super fast to get back to me. I also spoke with a few folks from the CS team, which gave me plenty of time to ask stuff and find out more about the job.
- Could you share details about your background?
- Can you describe your previous role and responsibilities?
- How would you describe your communication style?
Client Success Manager
The interview process at Modern Health was super thorough but totally worth it. The team kept me in the loop about everything from the beginning and checked in after each step. It felt like they really cared about finding the right fit for me too, not just hiring someone. Each part of the process made me more hyped about the company, and I appreciated how open the interviewers were. I even asked some tough questions and got straight answers. Here's how it broke down: - A 30-min chat with the recruiter - A 30-min Zoom with the hiring manager (who even offered an extra chat to make sure I could ask everything!) - A 30-min Zoom with the hiring manager to get all my questions answered - A 2-hour Zoom panel with people from different teams (about 30 mins with each person) - A 1-hour Zoom presentation - A final 30-min Zoom with the VP of Client Success
- Can you share an instance where you made an error or handled a challenging customer interaction, and describe your approach?
- How do you manage your priorities for your book of business?
- Tell me about a situation where you exceeded expectations to help a customer.
Client Success Manager
I sent in an online application for two positions, and a recruiter got in touch after a few days. The recruiter contacted me about a job role that was different from the ones I applied for. It wouldn't have been a massive issue, but it was a more junior role than the two I applied for and not what I was looking to do. When I inquired about the budget or salary range for the role, he couldn't provide a number. He stated he'd find out by the end of the day and let me know. Six days went by without any contact, and then he scheduled another interview for the role I hadn't applied for or wanted to pursue, this time with the team manager. I didn't attend, but I did inform him that I wouldn't be a suitable fit for the organization at this time.
- Can you describe the current book of business you manage?
