The interview process went very smoothly. Everyone was friendly; very conversational and open discussion. They were receptive of my questions, which was great. I would recommend interviewing with the firm if you are a paralegal interested in family law.

The first step was a phone call with the Recruiter from Modern Family. He was open, nice, and knew a lot about his firm. Then, I had an in-person meeting with a paralegal and HR. I'm not sure what happened after that.

First, there was a phone screen. Then, a formal interview was set up over Zoom with 3-4 people from the team. They asked a lot of behavioral and situational questions, so you should definitely prepare for that.
