First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Modern Family Law.
Family Law Attorney
The first recruiter screening interview appeared to go well, and the recruiter indicated that we would speak again shortly. However, since then, there's been no communication, and the job has been relisted on LinkedIn. I attempted to reapply but found it impossible.

Attorney
After submitting my application to Modern Family Law, I went through three interviews. I spoke with a recruiter and two managing attorneys. The interviews were quite direct and brief, making it a fast process overall.

Paralegal
The interview process went very smoothly. Everyone was friendly; very conversational and open discussion. They were receptive of my questions, which was great. I would recommend interviewing with the firm if you are a paralegal interested in family law.
- What is your experience in family law?
Social Media Manager
The recruiter who screened me was really pushing how I was a standout candidate, saying many influencers without brand management experience applied and that I was a strong consideration for the final round. While the flattery was nice, it turned out to be pretty hollow and inauthentic. The second interview happened quickly with the digital marketing manager, and I thought it went really well. They told me I wouldn't be ghosted, but then I got a canned rejection email... for a different role I didn't even apply for. I'm guessing that meant for the social media role, not a paralegal? And of course, no feedback. I should have known better when someone over-promises and under-delivers. I interview pretty often, and this was a below-average but standard recruiting experience. The job was just re-posted, so they must be really picky. That's why I'm posting this.
