Technical Coding Behavioral

It was a 5-round process. The first 4 rounds were technical, covering manual and automation, puzzles, coding skills, logical thinking, and thinking ability on some generic examples. The 4th round also included a discussion with the Technical Head about processes, different types of testing performed, and generic examples to explain test cases. The final round was an HR round, mostly focused on items mentioned in the resume, and included questions like 'Why should we hire you?', 'Why Model N?', and 'How you got this opportunity?'.

I interviewed for both Business Analyst and Senior QA (Manual + Automation) roles. There were two 1-hour technical rounds focusing on the manual process and automation framework, with some programming questions. A 1-hour managerial round covered QA processes and real-time testing scenarios. Finally, a 1-hour HR round included behavioral questions and salary discussions.
