The interview process was smooth and well-organized. It felt more like a conversation, mainly focusing on my previous work. There were 3 rounds with other product managers and one with a dev lead. The HR team was helpful and available throughout.

I applied via a consultant and my resume led to in-person interviews within a week. The first interviews were with a Director and VP of Product Engineering. They seemed happy and gave the go-ahead. Then, I had an interview scheduled with the VP of Product Management in the US. This interview was quite disappointing. The VP immediately stated my profile wasn't suitable for Director of Product Management but might fit a Product Line Manager (PLM) role. I agreed to continue, and he informed me the process would restart for the PLM position. Following this, I had individual in-person interviews with two Product Line Managers. Later, HR communicated that I was overqualified for the PLM role, and the PLMs had suggested my resume be considered for more senior roles like Director of Product Management. It was a month-long process involving 5 interviewers across two vacation days.

Had a phone screening with HR, then a quick call with the Director, where they asked standard PM questions like why PM, experience, and dislikes about the role. Followed by a first in-person interview with a Director PM, Hiring Manager, VP PM, and Engineering Director. This was an in-depth interview with 3 product development case studies. The second in-person interview was a full case study on developing a website, requiring UI interaction and mockup skills.
