Had some online stages before a in-person group activity. Thought it was a waste of time because during the in-person part, I noticed 90% of the people there didn't meet the job requirements, like Advanced English for example. Selection methods were very weak and didn't make sense for a company this size.

It was fast and practical, without demanding much experience, but mostly about aligning the candidate's ambitions with what the company needs. I did a presentation in PowerPoint and talked about myself and my ambitions, and everyone treated me very well and had a simple and frank conversation, which made the experience more pleasant.
