It took over 3 weeks from applying online for the HR to get back to me with an interview schedule. I talked with the department hiring manager and a lead. The questions weren't super hard if you actually know your stuff. Just be ready to get ghosted though.

Online and in-person selection process. In the online stage, questions were answered in three areas: English, logical reasoning, and Portuguese. In the in-person stage, there was a presentation about the company and the program's benefits. After that, the candidates approved in the first stage were announced. Overall, it was very relevant as it was my first experience with this type of situation.
