First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Mochi Health.
Operations Associate
It started with a recruiter chat, they were nice and told me about the job and what's next. After that, I did a take-home test. Then came the last part, a meeting with the CEO. This last meeting was kinda weird. The CEO seemed uninterested and didn't really engage. She was not friendly, and I felt like my time and work, especially the take-home, wasn't really appreciated. They didn't even talk about the assignment, just asked random personal questions. It was strange considering how much effort I put in.
- Can you tell me why you're interested in Mochi?
- What's the most recent book you've finished reading?
Operations Associate
The interview process started with a recruiter screen, followed by a take-home assignment. Next, there was a meeting with the Hiring Manager, and finally, a virtual "on-site" interview which included team members and the CEO. They asked some odd questions and seemed to focus on culture. The employees mentioned that the workdays are 10 hours long, which isn't ideal, but they do appreciate the transparency about it. It's also interesting how they keep re-posting the same job openings.
- Can you describe a project from your previous job that you're particularly proud of and that had a significant impact?
Operations Associate
I had a 15 minute call with a recruiter. They asked me why I was interested in Mochi and about my logistics background. I had applied over the weekend and they got back to me within a few days to schedule this interview.
- What makes you want to work at Mochi over other places?
- Could you describe your experience with logistics?
- What motivated your interest in this particular position?
