So the interview started with a recruiter call, which was pretty chill. They asked me some usual stuff, like behavioral and situational questions, and then threw in a weird probability and logic shape question. After that, I got a take-home assignment. I did my best on that and sent it back. Then, I had a meeting with the hiring manager. Honestly, this part was a letdown. He was super late, like 20 minutes, and just didn't seem into it at all. We barely talked about the assignment, and it felt like he was rushing me out the door. He even told me I was moving on to the next round, a virtual onsite with the team, but then I just got an email saying I didn't get the job. Up until that last interview, it was okay, but the whole final interview felt really off and unprofessional.

It was a very basic 15min interview to start. They asked basic questions, and the interview wasn't conversational at all. Next, there was an assignment that wasn't bad, but I already had a feeling from previous Glassdoor reviews that no one was moving forward after completing it. I did it anyway, and I know for a fact I did a good job, and then I got a pretty immediate rejection. Seems like that's the trend here. Months later, I see this position is still open, so I'm not entirely sure what's going on.
- A probability question was asked.

So, first there was a recruiter chat, then a take-home task. After that, I talked to my potential manager and the CEO. The last step was an on-site interview where I met three team members at the office. It was pretty relaxed overall. They tossed in a few logic questions, but mostly we talked about my background and getting to know me as a person.
- Can you tell me about a nonfiction book you've read lately?
- There was a logic puzzle with shapes, figuring out the missing one in a pattern.
- Could you start by telling us about yourself?
