The process was incredibly unprofessional. The call was pushed back by 1.5 hours after the interviewer didn't show up to our initial scheduled call for 5 minutes. During the actual call, they seemed very uninterested in what I was saying, often looking away from the screen and rushing to ask the next question, where the same thing would happen again. When I asked about what initiatives they were working on and excited about, she couldn't provide a single example. Don't waste your time applying!
- Are you okay with working until 7 PM every day?

I received an email that they filled the role on the day of my interview, but I guess they forgot to cancel the actual google meet invitation, so I still attended. Then I checked LinkedIn and they had just re-posted that same job listing. This company seems shady and like they are posting roles they never mean to fill in order to seem prosperous and hide layoffs.
- Total waste of time, steer clear

It started with a quick chat with the recruiter about my experience and if I was a good fit for the job. They asked one logic question too. I felt good about the conversation, but I'm worried about the company's situation - they're being sued and had layoffs twice this year. Then there was a take-home assignment with a 3-day deadline (weekends included), though the recruiter mentioned I could ask for more time. Finally, I had a call with the CEO where they asked about my background and threw in some logic questions. It felt a bit rushed.
- What nonfiction book have you finished recently?
- What is your motivation for seeking this position?
- Can you elaborate on your background and provide some logic-based questions?
