Behavioral Technical

The initial communication was excellent. However, after the second interview, instead of receiving a thank you note, it took three emails just to get a response. Companies really should have a courteous policy for informing candidates when they aren't the right fit. It says a lot about a company, especially at senior hiring levels.

Presentation Behavioral

I interviewed with the manager and did a short presentation to showcase my sales abilities. The conversation was really helpful in understanding the job and what's needed to do well. Waiting in the lunch area before the interview, I got to observe how current employees interact and even chatted with a few of them, which was super useful.

I interviewed with two managers. It was a quick process, very friendly and genuine. The company was growing fast and needed to support their customer base. It had a startup feel with direction still being figured out, but they were definitely expanding.

Behavioral Case

The hiring process was responsive and transparent. It began with a 30-minute interview, and if successful, it was followed by a 1-hour interview (potentially longer if they felt you were a good fit) with the key executives. You get feedback very quickly. Good questions and process.
