There were 2 rounds. The first was general tech, then a coding round with medium-level problems. After that, there was a client round. It really depends on the client's needs for the specific project they are hiring for. In my case, my prior experience with Accenture was relevant.

It started with an HR call, then a manager call, and finally a client call. The questions were pretty standard, focusing on digital lending and how to gather requirements. They also asked about stakeholder analysis and knowledge of Banking/Insurance/LOS, LMS/CRM/Lending, Derivatives, Bonds, and being a Certified Business Analyst (CBAP). Experience in Stakeholder Management and familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle, specifically Agile Development Methodology (Scrum), were also key areas.

Hr called and scheduled my interview with the client, PwC. After the interview, I got a call from her saying I was selected. After submitting documents, I would get an offer letter. I submitted all docs (took all day). After submission, she called and said I had to join early due to client requirements. I cancelled other interviews, some of which were my last rounds. I received a provisional offer letter the same day with my joining date. On the joining day, no one called, so I called HR. She didn't receive my calls. Another HR called and said not to call the first HR as she is on leave and my candidature is on hold. When asked about the offer letter, she said it would be in December, but it's not fixed and I can look for other options. Such frustration! Unprofessional with no ethics. If people from mobile programming are reading this, don't take this much curse from someone in need. My advice to readers: stay jobless but don't accept an offer from this company.

They reached out on LinkedIn and invited me for an interview, making it seem like they'd wrap things up quickly. But it was a mess. All the technical interviews, which were mid-level difficulty asking simple Java programs and Spring-boot questions, went well. I even did interviews late at night (7-8-9 pm) for their convenience. They said I passed everything, but then the recruiter who set it all up just disappeared without a word. After a while, they called again, collected my documents, and then vanished again. Definitely the worst interview experience.
