Applied via referral and got a response in about a week to set up an initial phone screen with HR. It was a 30-min call about my background, experience, and interest in the role. It was easy and nice. After that, I had a 1-hour tech interview with an engineer. They asked me to solve coding problems on a shared screen, mostly about data structures and algorithms. The engineer was helpful with hints and encouragement.

Technical Coding Other

I applied via employee referral and the whole thing took about a week. Applied at Mobica in 2012. First, there was a call from HR, then a technical call with an engineer where they asked about 10 questions, nothing too surprising. After that, I had a face-to-face meeting with HR and another technical interview that involved a multiple-choice test and solving 5 problems on a whiteboard. The entire process was fast, and I heard back quickly.
