It was pretty simple - I applied online, got a call from the recruiter for the first chat, then interviewed with the hiring manager and two team members. I also had to put together a presentation, and they did a background check. Unfortunately, they decided to hire someone else, which was a bit disappointing considering my experience.

The interview process was super straightforward and pleasant! The hiring team was great to chat with and made me feel really at ease. I'd totally suggest this to anyone. The initial HR screening was standard and clear. The Zoom calls themselves were enjoyable.

This company showed a lack of respect for my time and effort, with slow responses after multiple interviews. Their mentality seemed immature. I would have had concerns about leadership if I had taken the job. I don't recommend them. It felt like they wanted to extract information and learn from my experience. They showed a lot of enthusiasm but then put me through several interviews without making an offer or even following up.
