Account Executive
You'll have three interviews. First, a phone chat about your resume. Then, you'll meet your future sales manager for an interview. You'll need to prepare some content for a sales call role-play. You'll also have to whiteboard something you enjoy, showing and talking about your passion and how you improved your skills. Finally, you'll meet the director of sales and answer some common sales questions about motivation, job interest, your contributions, and future goals.
- Can you share something you're passionate about and explain how you improved your skills in that area?
Account Executive
You get interviewed by various people within the company. A regional type manager, then someone more local - most of the questions are based on sales experience and what would you do if..... questions on handling of customers. They are interested in knowing if you can take a customers needs and turn it into a solution or sale. They hire a lot of people with little or no experience, so you are just basically selling yourself and your personality.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Account Executive
I spoke with the hiring manager and a director for some questions and answers. Then we did more Q&A and a role play. The Q&A was mostly about them getting to know me, asking things like why I was interested in the role and why I'd be a good fit. For the role play, I had to meet with three people and 'sell' marketing services in a fake situation. I had about a day to get ready for it. They offered me the job the next day.
- Share something you're passionate about on a whiteboard.
