My process was kind of long. It started with a phone screening and then within a couple of hours, I received an invitation for a second interview. That went well. Then a couple of hours later, I received an invite for a third interview and that went well, but then they mentioned that there would be a critical thinking test-Watson and Glaser test as well as a personality/cultural fit assessment test. I assume I failed both the Watson-Glaser test and the assessment test because I received a generic rejection email letter about an hour after I finished these tests. WORD OF ADVICE, STAY AWAY FROM ANY PERSPECTIVE JOBS THAT MAKE YOU GO THROUGH SEVERAL ROUNDS JUST TO WASTE YOUR TIME. And if they’re going to make us do assessment jobs, at least make it relevant to the job.

The interview process can vary, but it usually starts with an initial call with HR, followed by a team meeting with the director of the department. Then, candidates are asked to complete a Watson Glaser assessment, which is a bit unusual for this type of role and doesn't really reflect a candidate's actual job skills. A personality assessment is also given, which again, doesn't accurately represent the candidate. The company really should focus more on a human approach rather than these assessments. When a candidate isn't selected, they receive a generic rejection email without any feedback, even if the interview went well. This company seems disorganized, with high turnover and frequent job openings.

It was a simple and straightforward interview process. They asked technical questions like 'do you know how to…' and behavioral questions about time management, handling feedback, and prioritizing work. They also shared info about the job and the team. Overall, it was a great experience.

I took the Glassdoor reviews with a grain of salt going into the interview. After my 30-minute chat with a main decision-maker, I knew the reviews were spot on. They said, 'I don't want smart people, I want poor, hungry, and driven people,' which caught me off guard. At that point, I figured it would be a job where they'd manipulate you into not thinking for yourself. I feel like I dodged a bullet and would advise others to save their time and look for a company that values them from the get-go.
