Got into the interview process through the sophomore recruitment program. Was selected for a superday about two weeks after the initial event. This involved two 30-minute interviews, each with two interviewers (one junior banker and one MD). The first interview was pretty straightforward, mostly just going through my resumé and some casual conversation. The second interview included several behavioral questions and a few very simple technical questions at the end. I really enjoyed the whole process!

HR reached out and set up an interview with good communication. But by the time of the interview, I felt like I was no longer being considered. The person I was supposed to interview with wasn't available, and the person who stepped in at the last minute seemed annoyed and didn't really listen to me. Never heard back from anyone.
