First, there was an online test, followed by a recorded interview. Then, a call with the team, and finally, the AC. The AC included a presentation, group work, and a one-on-one interview. Overall, it wasn't super technical and mostly focused on behavioral questions.

Behavioral

First there was a phone call with the recruiter, then I waited and was later told they went with someone else. It was a pretty standard process, and I think I would have gone to more rounds and then an assessment center if I had moved forward. The first call was chill and they asked me about group selection and stuff.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

I applied through my university and got a phone call within a week with two interviewers. The first interviewer asked what I knew about Mizuho Bank. The second interviewer asked technical questions about the three main valuation methodologies and how to analyze a firm from a credit perspective. I heard back the next day about earning a superday. Mizuho only pays for flights to the superday, not travel to/from the airport. The superday had seven interviews, mostly technical with Q&A. I was also asked why corporate banking, the importance of free cash flow from a credit perspective, and about solvency and liquidity ratios. Oh, and 'tell me about yourself'.
