It started with Hirevue which was non technical motivational questions, then an assessment center (AC) which involved a group task, a presentation, and an interview. You have to prep a 10 minute presentation beforehand, then answer 15-20 minutes worth of questions about your presentation during the AC. Then an offer was extended.
