Behavioral Technical Presentation

Went through 6 rounds of interviews with different team members, which felt like a pretty average process. There was a notable gap in communication between interview stages. The process was going fine until I received a rejection email, which is understandable. However, getting a no-reply email after 6 rounds and a 2-3 month interview duration, with no feedback provided, felt quite insulting. Usually, as a sales/CSM, I'd try to follow up and maintain good relations, but the Mixpanel team, including the hiring manager I directly contacted, never responded.

Behavioral Technical

Two months after applying, a recruiter reached out. I had a phone interview, but it felt like the conversation wasn't really flowing and the recruiter seemed unsure of what to say. They made it sound like I'd move on to the hiring manager stage. After two weeks of no contact and me sending a couple of emails, I got a generic automated email saying they weren't proceeding with my application. This is too bad because I don't think Mixpanel would want to be represented like this, or even know that this is happening.

The recruiter hit me up and we did a quick phone screen. After that, I had four separate calls with different people. The last step was a presentation and a short training session with a panel. Overall, it was a pretty chill experience.
