Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a pretty standard sales interview. First, a recruiter screen, then two calls with the hiring manager. The first call was about Mixpanel, the second about your background. After that, it was a "super day" with a discovery call and then two more interviews with sales leaders. They ended up cutting the hiring mid-process and I was let go. The hiring manager and recruiter were really good about it though, they both reached out separately to apologize and explain. I've never had a company be so considerate and I'd consider applying again.

Case Behavioral

The interviewer seemed to have one specific edge case in mind that they wanted to test. It felt less about assessing my overall expertise and more about seeing if I could handle this particular scenario.

Case Behavioral

It was an acceptable process, about 4 rounds total. There was one panel interview that involved a case study. The interviewers included a recruiter, the hiring manager, a sales engineer, and a sales director who was part of the panel. The overall experience was pleasant because everyone was extremely kind, though some questions were challenging. You really need to understand the competitive landscape and know your sales process well.
