The interview was extremely unprofessional, held on the shop floor in front of customers. No questions were asked about my experience or skills. Management became hostile when I couldn't name specific products, and one manager walked away mid-interview for no reason. I ended the interview and withdrew my application.

So I got a call from the Talent and Resourcing Manager, it was super short, like 10 minutes. They mentioned a role at Miu Miu and asked if I was interested. Later that day, the Miu Miu store manager called me and we set up an interview for the next day. On the way to the interview, the manager called again saying she was busy and needed to push it back by an hour. We ended up agreeing to meet someone else first, then the store manager about 30 minutes after the original time. I chatted with the other person interviewing, and then the store manager showed up. She barely asked anything, just a couple of questions about why I want to work in retail and what I know about Miu Miu. She then said she didn't know what else to ask since I don't have prior retail experience. I was pretty bummed and felt disrespected because I'd already sent my resume, so I figured they should have known that. If experience was that crucial, they shouldn't have even invited me. But since they did, I don't think that was the right way to handle it. I emailed HR afterwards for some feedback to figure out my next steps, but never heard back. Total waste of my time.

Miu Miu interviews usually check your personality, if you're into fashion, and if you can represent the brand. They might ask about your past jobs, why you want to work there, and how you'd fit their special brand style.
