The interview process started with a campus interview that included aptitude, group discussion, and personal interview. Following this, candidates were invited to Bangalore for another personal interview with the head of sales. The aptitude test was moderately challenging, and the personal interview was a good experience. Candidates were asked to sell whatever was on the table during the interview.

I found out about this Sales Engineer Rolling Start Program job at a career fair. I got a call shortly after for a 1-hour phone interview with the recruiter. This was the first round. After learning more about the company during the interview, I decided it wasn't the right job for me and I didn't want to go forward for a second round. The interview was pretty informal, as the interviewer mentioned up front. It covered what the job entails, some personality and skills questions, and then I got to ask my questions.

It was very tedious. I thought it was because it's an international company and they only choose those who really have the knowledge to perform the activities. But in reality, there's a lot of ignorance and the selection process is based on favoritism.
