I got an email a week after applying to set up a phone chat with HR. We talked about the company and some stuff on my resume. Then, a week later, I had a video interview with the Hiring Manager. We reviewed my resume and they asked some basic technical questions. The following week, I did an in-person interview. I met with three upper management folks and got a factory tour. During those chats, they asked STAR method questions. I was told I'd hear back Friday, but I didn't. I had to reach out to HR for an update. It sounds like a great place, and I was bummed I didn't get an offer.

Applied online and had a phone interview about salary, my career goals, troubleshooting, FEA, Solidworks, and the company. About a week later, I got an email for the first in-person interview. I spoke with HR about benefits and paperwork, then interviewed with the engineering manager for about an hour. We discussed general questions, drawings, problem-solving, shafts, assemblies, and manufacturing issues. The next week, I got an email for the final interview with the general manager. We talked about my strengths, weaknesses, desired work environment, extracurriculars, how to describe myself in three words, teamwork, and my resume. I also toured the office and manufacturing plant.
