Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Mitsubishi.
Marketing Assistant
It's a simple, relaxed interview at the company with the HR manager. If you pass to the second stage, it's with the manager of the area you applied for. (I don't really understand why a minimum of 30 words is mandatory in this box, less is better and clearer for the message).
- Tell me about your experience.
- Talk about your current job.
- How is your family structured?
Marketing
The process was long and I didn't hear much back. I met with several people internally on different days. It took a lot of time, and they didn't even bother to email me back when I asked for an update over two months later.
- What makes you want to join this company?
Marketing
The hiring head and HR were both really nice and professional. The head of sales was a typical salesman with an attitude. The office has a nice view, but it's typical Japanese corporate style. I'd still recommend giving it a shot.
- Where do you envision yourself in five years?
