First, there was a phone screening with HR. After that, I had a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager. I'm not sure about the rest of the process because I wasn't shortlisted for the next steps.

The interview process involved interactions with both HR and the Hiring Manager. The HR representative seemed to lack a deep understanding of the specific role applied for, posing questions that were unclear and felt unnatural. It was evident they weren't familiar with the job's requirements. The overall office environment felt like a traditional SME setup within a large organization.
