Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process involved an initial phone screening and then an in-person interview. The phone screening was mostly to confirm my interest and put a face to the resume. They briefly touched on the job duties and if I was still interested. A few weeks later, I was flown out for the main interview. I met with 5 people: two managers, some engineers, and HR. Except for the HR chat, the others mostly explained the role's responsibilities. I didn't get asked many questions, but the ones I did get were about my past work. The interview wrapped up with a 30-minute technical presentation I had to give. The experience was alright; I felt a lack of interest from their side right from the phone interview, which was a bit surprising given they flew me out. It was still a good chance to learn about their unique niche in the defense industry.

  • Can you describe how you handle challenging interpersonal dynamics with colleagues?
